FARGO, N.D. — North Dakota State football’s 2025 recruiting class continues to take shape.
The Bison scored their fifth commitment on Sunday when 3-star wideout Louden Grimsley pledged to NDSU.
Grimsley, who will play at Sioux City East (IA) this season, becomes the second member of the Herd’s ’25 class to hail from the Hawkeye state. Brody Clubb, a 3-star defensive lineman from Tiffin, Iowa committed to the Bison earlier this month.
Per 247sports, Grimsley is the 13th best prospect in the state of Iowa for the 2025 class. He chose NDSU over multiple FBS schools, including Indiana, Kent State, Miami (Ohio), and Northern Illinois.
The Bison now have five hard commits in their first recruiting class under Tim Polasek: Grimsley, Clubb, offensive linemen James Nellis (Grafton, Wisc.) and Gavin Wang (Annandale, Minn.), and safety Dylan Vokal (Osseo, Minn.).
